Refunds and Exchanges
We accept unopened product within 30 days of purchase. You must have a return authorization before returning product.
Shipping charges are not refunded and deducted from return if
your order originally qualified for free shipping for orders over
$100 dollars. Customer is responsible for
the shipping fees necessary to return your product(s) to us.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt of
your returned product and a credit will be issued in the original
form of payment.
Delivery
We want to make sure that you receive your order in a timely fashion, without unnecessary delays or problems. This means we need to be sure we have your correct street address, including zip code (unless your delivery is made to a post office box, via the USPS postal service).
Normal delivery time fall within 3-5 business days.
If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, please save the box and packing material, and notify us at once. We will provide you with additional information for return or replacement.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of
Illinois (7.25%). This is due to the fact that our business license is
issued in
the great state of Illinois. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
